Introduction to Fencing at Harriet Tubman Public School
Discover the challenge and excitement of fencing in this community-based introductory program offered through the City of St. Catharines.
Participants will learn the fundamental footwork, bladework and safety skills needed to begin fencing. Each class combines instruction with active movement, helping participants develop lower-body strength, speed, hand-eye coordination, concentration, agility and precision. Class sizes are limited to 10 participants.
Certified instructors provide clear, progressive coaching in a welcoming environment designed for first-time fencers. No previous fencing experience is required, and all necessary equipment is provided.
Classes take place on Thursday evenings at Harriet Tubman Public School. Select the appropriate age group below to view its class time and registration fee.
Registration is managed through the City of St. Catharines recreation program.
